We understand that being a new patient in an unfamiliar office can often be intimidating, that's why at Baldwin Pediatrics we try our best to make the transition as comfortable and convenient as possible. To ensure that your first visit is most beneficial to you, we can request your medical records from your previous physician before your initial appointment. All you need to do is stop by the office and sign a medical record release form and we will be happy to send it on your behalf. This allows for a smoother transition if you need to come in for a physical, vaccines, or medication refills. Please allow 5-7 days before the appointment is needed to make sure we receive your medical records.

We accept most major insurances such as, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UMR, Group Resources, Employee Benefit Consultants, Lockard and Williams, United Health Care, Champva, Tricare, GEHA, Humana, Golden Rule, Medical Mutal, and Prinicpal Life. If you don't see your insurance listed, you can call our office for verification.
